Treasure Hunt Terms and Conditions

1. Kryon Systems Ltd. (“Kryon”) is the promoter of this Treasure Hunt (the “Hunt”).

2. To qualify for this Competition, participants must:

(a) register for the Kryon Automation Expedition (September 13-14, 2021).

(b) register and create an account in the Engagement Center

(c) find six clues hidden throughout the site.  Each clue contains a single letter of the alphabet; collect all letters; unravel them to complete a word; enter the word in applicable box.

3. The first 30 people to submit correct answers will win special Automation Expedition gear or a gift card towards the purchase of your own expedition gear (the “Prize”).

4. By entering into the Hunt, participants accept these Terms and Conditions.

5. Kryon accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

6. There will be 4 Hunts throughout September 2021:

  • Hunt One will run from 12:01am BST on September 6, 2021, until 11:59pm BST on September 10, 2021.
  • Hunt Two will run from 12:01am BST until 11:59pm BST September 13, 2021.
  • Hunt Three will run from 12:01am BST until 11:59pm BST September 14, 2021.
  • Hunt Four will run from 12:01am BST on September 20, 2021, until 11:59pm BST on September 24, 2021.

Entries received outside the above time periods will not be considered.

7. Winners will be notified by email from Kryon by September 27, 2021.

8. Kryon may amend the Hunt Terms, including the conditions for the Prize, at any time. Amendments shall come into force immediately upon publication on the Event Portal of the amended Competition Terms.

9. Kryon reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Hunt at any time at its sole discretion, by written notice on the Event Portal.

10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Kryon retains the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original Prize offered is not available.

11. Kryon accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize. Should tax liability arise, then it will be the responsibility of the winner to notify their own Government’s relevant tax department and pay all applicable taxes.

12. The decision of Kryon in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered.

13. By entering this Hunt, you confirm that you can accept the Prize and agree that it in no way represents an inducement or a bribe.

14. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: KRYON AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR RELIANCE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY, FOR LOSS OF PRIVACY, NEGLIGENCE, AND FOR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY OR OTHER LOSS WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF KRYON KNOWS OF OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. KRYON’S AND ITS AFFILIATES’ TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE HUNT, OR THE DRIVING EXPERIENCE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE COST OF THE PRIZE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OR THE FORM OF ACTION.

15. The Hunt will be governed by the laws and jurisdiction of England.
