RPA in the Cloud

Here, feel free to ask all the questions you may have regarding Kryon’s RPA in the Cloud!
ModeratorSeptember 6, 2021 at 09:38
What is the value of this “as a service” offering vs. the on premise?
ModeratorSeptember 6, 2021 at 11:51
The value/benefit of Kryon “RPA-as-a-service” (i.e., RPA in the cloud as opposed to on-prem) is as follows:
- Costs/Investment: Since Kryon will take care of setting up and managing the required secured infrastructure, you – as the customer – need not invest time or money into the setup & deployment of the RPA system. Instead, you can focus on automation, day one! This ultimately results in cost savings, but also time savings.
- Scalability: Similarly, once you need to scale up your RPA operation (which may be sooner than you think), you needn’t be concerned with necessary infrastructure expansions. Kryon again handles this “under the hood” based on your company needs.
- Operation/Maintenance: You needn’t worry about regular patches, version upgrades, operational maintenance & ongoing backups, etc. All that is taken care of!
For more information, feel free to reply here. We’re happy to answer! Additionally, we provide a corresponding brochure here: https://go.kryonsystems.com/rpa-as-a-service?utm_content=homepage&utm_term=rpa%20enterprise&utm_campaign=EMEA._RPA_General&utm_medium=ppc&utm_source=adwords&hsa_kw=rpa%20enterprise&hsa_src=g&hsa_tgt=kwd-660195838685&hsa_acc=6026015533&hsa_ver=3&hsa_ad=527002938386&hsa_cam=1774712839&hsa_grp=79215833418&hsa_net=adwords&hsa_mt=b&gclid=Cj0KCQjw-NaJBhDsARIsAAja6dOn7SP2qMEB3uxW91z0QBJFqf7D_e8MuBReNCskh_OzTn0CAOY8RaAaAoBDEALw_wcB

What does Full-Cycle mean? How integrated is the
Process Discovery product with the RPA product?
ModeratorSeptember 13, 2021 at 09:29
Full Cycle means that Kryon – uniquely on the market, by the way – combines Process Discovery and RPA into a consolidated suite. This comprehensive platform covers discovering and mapping processes right through to optimisation, development, automation and continual analysis for the best results. Practically this means (and this addresses the second part of the question) that you can export discovered processes directly into Kryon RPA for more rapid RPA deployments! This obviously speeds up RPA development but also improves quality since the discovered processes are directly based on actual, real-life business-user actions (which means you also discover those rare & pesky pop-ups, messages and dialogues otherwise undetected)! is included and managed by Kryon?
ModeratorSeptember 13, 2021 at 12:42
Thanks for the question! The short(er) answer: Kryon manages & maintains a unique (i.e. separate/dedicated), highly available AWS instance for you as the customer. This includes regular product updates, security & patches, back-ups, other necessary maintenance, SLAs, etc. After a security procedure between you – the customer – and Kryon, you get secured/encrypted access to the system to develop, schedule, orchestrate and operate your bots. For more information –> Please visit the following site to download our brochure (it’s only a quick sign-up and you get immediate access). The brochure addresses your question in more detail: https://go.kryonsystems.com/rpa-as-a-service?utm_term=cloud%20rpa&utm_campaign=EMEA._RPA_General&utm_medium=ppc&utm_source=adwords&hsa_kw=cloud%20rpa&hsa_src=g&hsa_tgt=kwd-753402748768&hsa_acc=6026015533&hsa_ver=3&hsa_ad=509250445097&hsa_cam=1774712839&hsa_grp=121206585578&hsa_net=adwords&hsa_mt=b&gclid=CjwKCAjw7fuJBhBdEiwA2lLMYYaLN25AFZp__IWS8UnCYCTfY8FhMF7us6A-H5FVI74RwYLXo-21pRoCcZoQAvD_BwE

How quickly can we increase the number of “bots”?
ModeratorSeptember 15, 2021 at 09:06
As quickly as you wish, really! There is no hard/set upper limit, but it will heavily depend on the complexity of the workflows. Typically, simple workflows can be built in a matter of days for “quick wins”. So assuming you have internal resources (i.e., RPA developers or even citizen developers), you can “crank out” bots at a steady frequency. Additionally (or instead), you can make use of the Kryon Professional Services (PS) team to assist you in your automation endeavours (which may be interesting for your initial, more complex workflows). Furthermore, our Kryon Community (https://community.kryonsystems.com/KryoNet/s/) provides a host of templates, samples and ideas which you can download for free, of course. Finally, from a platform perspective, the RPA cloud platform can scale to accommodate any number of bots.
